I suspect that there is much more to come out about the relationship between him, lobbyists and interest groups which, if then generalised from the particular, would reveal an unhealthy state of affairs in British politics. The revolving door between the MoD and defence contractors is well known as is the propensity of British arms manufacturers for bribery of foreign interests.
